Yes, all products are made from natural ingredients.

Do Your Products Contain Nuts? Allergy Purposes

Yes, some of our products contain nuts. Every ingredient used in each product is listed on each product label. 

 

Are Your Products Vegan And Cruelty-Free?

Yes! All Sugary Bath & Co products are vegan and cruelty-free.

Are The Products Safe To Use On All Skin Types?

All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types as specific products may be listed for specific skin types. 

What Temperature Do These Products Need To Be Restored At?

Sugary Bath & Co recommends storing your products in a cool and dry area, away from direct sunlight and excessive cold and heat.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept online payments through our merchant PayPal.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

All orders are FINAL once you hit submit/purchase/complete order and receive confirmation email confirming your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All sales are FINAL once you receive a confirmation email completing your purchase.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on skincare products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

We do not accept exchanges on any skincare items.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Please refer to your confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also log into your account and check the status of your order. 

MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the damaged item(s) and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

 

MY PACKAGE IS STUCK AND TRACKING SHOWS NO MOVEMENT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please allow an additional 7-14 days from the original shipped date. Please contact the carrier and process a lost package claim. Please send an email to [email protected] with your first and last name, order # and claim #. Please allow 24-48 follow up.

I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER, PLEASE HELP!

Please enter the correct shipping address including apt/unit/suite information. Sugary Bath & Co will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
